To be honest, you will here me talk a lot about first impressions, being that they are the bread and butter of any service based business. I know your thinking how is that the bread and butter when business strives on making sales. So let me start to enlighten you with the power of First Impressions.
Have you ever walked into a new store just to check out what it is all about? We all have, and with that comes the knowledge that there are some moments that may scare us immediately back out the door. This is that first impression. We as humans, always use our senses to make judgement. So what we see, smell, hear, taste, or even feel, will all be compiled in our human CPU (brain) to formulate a decision on whether or not we like something or not. You see where I'm going with this yet? This is our first impression, and boy, it is the most important chance you have as a business owner to really capture your customers. First impressions are everything in the extremely over- saturated business world. There is competition everywhere, maybe even next door, and we have to really make sure we make every first impression as enjoyable as possible for your consumer, otherwise there is nothing to stop them from walking back out the doors, unsatisfied, and in search of what they already just walked in to get.
